NPCIL Recruitment 2025 : Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a recruitment notification for Deputy Manager and Junior Hindi Translator posts under Advertisement No. NPCIL/CO/HR/2025/03. NPCIL is a Government of India Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy and is responsible for nuclear power generation in India.
This recruitment is open to eligible Indian citizens, and the selection will be carried out through online examination and interview (for Deputy Manager) and written examination (for Junior Hindi Translator). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online before 27 November 2025.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Deputy Manager (All Specializations)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks
- Full-time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in relevant specialization from a recognized university
(For Finance: CA / CMA / CFA is also acceptable)
Specializations Accepted:
- HR: HR / Personnel / IR / Labour Welfare / Social Work
- Finance & Accounts
- C&MM (Supply Chain): Materials Management / Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain
- Law: Full-time LLB with Bar Council registration + 3 years experience
2. Junior Hindi Translator
- Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with translation ability between both languages
OR - Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi & English as compulsory subjects
- Minimum 2 years experience in translation work or a Diploma in Hindi–English Translation

Salary is provided as per 7th Pay Commission along with additional allowances like HRA, Medical facility and transport benefits.
